The Clinical Director's role is to develop strategies to provide innovative and effective clinical service progression, identify future service demand, developing and implementing of all new clinical projects, ensure optimal clinical procedures and policies and maintaining clinical quality. The Clinical Director will maximise professional development and learning opportunities for all employees.

It is the Clinical Director's mandate to ensure that the highest level of treatment and management is delivered to clients of Allied Health Services Australia and their employees on every occasion.


Managing Director


Shamir Patel joined Travis Docherty and the Allied Health Services Australia team as General Manager / Principal in 2012 and has brought with him vast business and management expertise to ensure Allied Health Services Australia continues to provide the highest quality of service to its clients.

Shamir maintains an essential 'non clinical' role within the Allied Health Services Australia organisation. It is within the scope of his portfolio to maximise administrative efficiency and accuracy, maintain the highest level of quality assurance as well as develop and support new and existing relationships with other service providers and industry associates.

Additionally it is Shamir's responsibility to ensure the dedicated staff of Allied Health Services Australia always have the latest and most clinically up to date resources and facilities at hand, to ensure maximum positive outcomes for all clients.


Our Staff

Allied Health Care Clinicians all hold up-to-date professional accreditation, attend on-going training under the guidance of their managers and professional associations, and maintain thorough standardised clinical records and patient progress notes. All employees are expected to carry out their duties diligently and to the highest professional standards. All staff must ensure and regard as completely and strictly confidential, all information relating to our patients.
